PER PAINTER
Each guest paints a pre-traced 11×14 canvas, with painting supplies and step-by-step guidance included.

PAINTERS MINIMUM
Private paint parties require a minimum of ten paid guests. The host paints free. You provide the space, tables and chairs.
LOCAL TO YOU
Serving Monrovia and surrounding communities, including Pasadena, Duarte, Azusa, Sierra Madre, Arcadia, Covina and West Covina. Travel fees may apply for areas outside of Monrovia and surrounding communities.
GOOD TO KNOW
A few things before we gather.

Painting time is typically 2 hours, depending on the design selected. Please also allow approximately 30 minutes before the party for setup and 30 minutes afterward for cleanup.

Yes. The host chooses one painting from the Fig & Palette collection, and everyone creates the same design together with step-by-step guidance.

You’ll need to provide tables and chairs for each painter and enough space for everyone to comfortably create. Fig & Palette brings the painting supplies, tabletop easels, aprons, and table coverings.

Aprons are provided, but painting can get a little messy. We recommend wearing something you won’t mind getting paint on. If paint gets on clothing, wash it promptly with soap and water.

Private paint parties are available for ages 8 and older. Painters under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult.

Private paint parties require a minimum of 10 paid painters. As our thank-you for bringing everyone together, the host paints free.

We recommend booking 4–6 weeks in advance for the best availability. Planning something sooner? You’re welcome to ask—we may have an earlier date available.

Private paint parties are currently available Monday through Saturday. We are not available for events on Sundays.

A $75 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date. The deposit is applied toward your event total, with the remaining balance due five days before your event. We accept credit card payments.

Your final painter count and remaining balance are due five days before your event. Because supplies are prepared in advance for your group, refunds are not provided if fewer painters attend than the final confirmed count.

Additional painters may be added after the final count subject to availability. Please contact Fig & Palette as soon as possible so we can confirm whether additional supplies can be prepared.

We understand that plans sometimes change. Please provide at least 72 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your private party. With proper notice, payments may be transferred to a new event date within six months of the original event date, subject to availability.
The $75 booking deposit is non-refundable, but it may be transferred to your rescheduled date when proper notice is provided. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 72 hours’ notice are not eligible for a refund or transfer.
